I wanted to like this, but it started making me sneeze almost right away. Maybe it’ll be fine for other people, but for me it’s just not allergy-friendly, so I guess I’ll have to pass on it.

"Showed Up Super Fast"
My order got here way faster than I expected—almost felt like it teleported. The tracking worked fine too, it was just about a day later than it originally said, which wasn’t a big deal at all.

"I actually really liked the scent when…"
I actually really liked the scent when it first arrived. It smelled close to what I was expecting, so I was excited to wear it. But honestly?? It just didn’t last on my skin. After maybe an hour or two, I could barely smell it anymore, even after spraying a little more. For the price, I really thought it would stick around longer. Not terrible, but would I buy it again?? Probably not.

The smell was fine, like not bad or anything, but it kind of disappeared fast on me. I paid enough that I was expecting it to be a bit better, honestly. The packaging was okay too, nothing wrong there, but overall it just didn’t feel like a great value to me.

"Didn’t feel quite authentic"
I ordered this perfume from scentiment.com, something about it felt a little off right away. The box didn’t look exactly like the one I already had, even the printing seemed slightly different up close, and the scent itself was noticeably weaker.

I can’t say for sure that it wasn’t authentic, but it definitely made me question it. For the price, that uneasy feeling is enough for me not to order again. Frustrating, to be honest.

"Pretty close to what I expected"
I ordered two perfumes from Scentiment, the scent notes were mostly spot on. Well, one of them was a little sweeter than I thought it would be, but the main description still lined up with what I got. It definitely helped me choose something without smelling it first, which is always kind of a gamble, but yeah, not perfect, though close enough that I’d use the site again

"Gentle on my picky skin"
I’m sure I’ve blocked out the names of all the perfumes that made me itchy, but I remember being nervous trying this one from Scentiment. Luckily, it was totally fine on my sensitive skin and didn’t feel overpowering at all. I think shipping was a little slower than expected, though I barely remember that part now since the scent worked out for me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Bad Timing Made It Worse"
I was disappointed when it showed up. The name was crooked, and the whole gift looked cheaper than I expected. Maybe it was just bad timing because I needed it right away, but it definitely didn’t feel gift-ready.

"Not the smoothest ordering experience :/"
I was excited to try Scentiment, but the ordering process was kind of frustrating. The site felt a little slow, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. After I paid, I didn’t get clear updates right away, so I was a bit nervous something went wrong. It did work out in the end, but overall it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

My order arrived fine and the scent was really nice at first, but it faded on me way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought it would last longer. I kind of felt trapped because I wanted to like it and had already spent the money, but it just didn’t really deliver. Nothing was terrible about it, I just probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Slow to respond"
It took days before I got any kind of answer, which was frustrating. I kept waiting for a response and felt like I was being left hanging. The whole process just felt "slow" and not very helpful

I tried ordering from scentiment.com cause a perfume I wanted was showing in stock, so I went ahead and paid. Then later I got an email saying it was actually out of stock, which was frustrating.

This has happened to me twice now with different items, so I don’t really trust what the site says anymore. If something isn’t available, they should just show that before people place the order

Changing my plan was simple. I just wish the reminder emails came a little earlier, actually, maybe just a day or two sooner would’ve been enough.

"Ingredient info is way too vague"
I wanted to give these a try, but the ingredient details just aren’t clear enough. I don’t have the patience to sit there guessing what I’m putting on my skin. I even asked around and still couldn’t get a straight answer, so I’m not buying again

"Pretty easy to manage my account"
I mostly used Scentiment for basic account stuff, and overall it was easy to deal with. Updating my info and checking details was straightforward, so I didn’t really need to reach out to support much. A couple of pages were slow to load, which felt preventable, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Not perfect, but it worked fine for what I needed

"Wish there were more scents"
The scent selection felt limited, and I couldn’t find many that I liked. It seems like an avoidable issue if they just added a bit more variety.

"Packaging was a mess"
The box showed up all crushed, which was disappointing. It just made the whole thing feel cheap right away. I mean, the product might be fine, but the packaging looked messy and not cared for at all. Not really happy with how it arrived.

"Arrived leaking, maybe just bad packaging?"
My order showed up with the box crushed, and the bottle had leaked all over the inside. The cap felt loose, so I’m guessing that’s what caused it? The label was all sticky too. I emailed them about it, but I’m just disappointed and not sure it’s worth the hassle of dealing with. Has anyone else had this happen?
